You want to order corporate gifts or promotional items with printing. What do you need to know?
We have gathered the most important information right here. 

Order Method
It is incredibly easy to order your gifts with or without printing via email, internet, or phone.

Colors and Fonts
For orders that contain only text, you must choose a standard font from the font table. You must also select the desired print color. If your customer chooses a non-standard color, the preferred PMS color should be selected, which we will match as closely as possible.

Order Confirmation
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with a digital proof. It is important that you review your order thoroughly and contact us if you find any errors.

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order requirement.

Delivery Terms
Delivery takes place in accordance with our general terms. Furthermore, please refer to the applicable sales and delivery conditions on our website. Displayed prices include packaging but exclude VAT and shipping. Standard payment terms are 7 days net. If the payment deadline is exceeded, a 2% fee will be charged. The payment deadline is 7 days after the delivery date. We reserve the right to model or price changes, color deviations, visible printing errors, and statutory charges.

Delivery Discrepancies or Shortages
Despite our careful processes, it may happen that too few or too many items are delivered. However, no more than 4%.

Delivery Times
Production starts after you have approved the digital proof. The delivery time is stated on the order and does not include transport from our distribution center. The average delivery time for standard packages and pallets is 1-3 business days. Orders without printing and sample items ordered before 12 PM will be shipped the same day.
